Here at Country Court Skilled Nursing Center, it’s no secret that we are dedicated to fostering an environment of caring that enables our residents to continue to grow and achieve their highest potential. We do this by providing professional caregivers that strive to make a positive difference in the lives of those they serve. While our residents stay with us, we want to ensure they have nothing short of a positive experience. Aside from the many great activities and amenities we provide for everyone, we are also proud to provide award-winning healthcare.
Our staff comprises incredible professionals, like our Director of Nursing, Beth Howard, R.N. She has more than 30 years of nursing experience. She has served as Director of Nursing in long-term care for more than ten years. We also have our Medical Director, Rajnish Gupta, M.D., who trained as a surgeon and has a Master of Surgery and Fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in the United Kingdom. Another great member of our team is Julie Kelly, R.N., who is our MDS Coordinator. Julie started her healthcare career in 1970 as a nurse aide on the 4th floor of Mercy Hospital in Mount Vernon and has worked her way up to our coordinator. These are just a few of our fantastic team, and we are glad to have them. We encourage everyone’s families to attend care plan conferences to remain informed and involved in their loved one’s health journies by providing many activities like our sensory group, popcorn movie nights, etc. We are fully prepared to take care of you or your loved ones and whatever circumstances they may face at our facility. Along with providing the best healthcare in the area, we want to ensure that all our residents are proud to be cared for here.
