Administrator

WILLIAM LEVERING, JR., LNHA

Will Levering is from Fredericktown, Ohio, and lives there with his wife, Shannon, and their son, Trey. Will is a graduate of Ashland University, where he graduated in 2005. During his time at Ashland, he worked at the radio and television station, was in the marching band, and played rugby. After graduation, he began working at The Living Center in the front office. Will soon decided to obtain his Nursing Home Administrator License and started his Administrator In Training at Country Court Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. He received his license in November 2013 and has served as the Administrator at Country Court since then. Will is active in the Ohio Health Care Association on the Convention Committee and the Reimbursement Committee and is secretary of OHCA District 6. He was also a member of the first OHCA Leadership Academy. Will enjoys spending time with his family and playing games with his friends.

Director of Nursing

Beth Howard, R.N.

Beth Howard, RN, is a native of Morrow County and currently resides at Apple Valley in Howard, OH. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She has more than 30 years of nursing experience and has served as Director of Nursing in long-term care for over 10 years. Beth likes to travel and has practiced nursing in several other states. She has four children, four grandchildren, and grandchild #5 on the way. She loves hot weather, sunshine, football, and lawn work.

Medical Director

RAJNISH GUPTA, M.D.

Dr. Rajnish Gupta earned his medical degree from the University Of Delhi, India, in 1985 with honors. He also trained as a surgeon and has a Master of Surgery and Fellowship from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in the United Kingdom.

Dr. Gupta came to New York to complete his family practice residency in 1996. He then came to Ohio and joined a practice in Monroe County.

Dr. Gupta now lives and practices in Westerville with his wife. They have two children who reside in Columbus. He enjoys various things in his free time, such as playing the piano and violin, golfing, sailing, snorkeling, and scuba diving.

Office Manager

Amy Carpenter

Amy has been with Levering Management for nineteen years. She started at Hillcrest Nursing Center in 2000 and transferred shortly after to the County Court team in 2001. Amy serves in the unique role of Office Manager and Admissions Coordinator. She is well versed in health care insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and family education. Amy is married to Todd and the mother of two children, Chelsea and Curtis. Amy enjoys volunteering within the Knox County 4H programs as an advisor and spending time with her three granddaughters in her spare time.

MDS Coordinator

Julie Kelly, R.N.

I started my healthcare career in 1970 as a nurse aide on the 4th floor of Mercy Hospital in Mount Vernon. In the fall of 1970, I enrolled in Mount Carmel School of Nursing, graduating in the spring of 1973. I returned to Mercy Hospital as a Registered Nurse after graduation in 1973, where I was the I.C.U. Charge Nurse for 4 years. I started my long-term care career in 1978, working at Northside Manor, serving as Charge R.N., A.D.O.N., D.O.N., and M.D.S. for 16 years. I began my career at Country Court in 1995 as A.D.O.N., then became the D.O.N., and now serve as the M.D.S. Coordinator since 2003.

Case Manager

Pam Kirk, L.P.N.

I have been an L.P.N. for 29 years. I have been with Levering Management for 27 years. I have been fortunate to grow and learn much over the years and be provided various training opportunities to meet the challenges involved in case management in long-term care.

Activities Director

Heather Thomas, ADC

Heather was born and raised in Crawford County. She graduated from Colonel Crawford High School, participated in marching band, and kept stats for several sporting events. She graduated with an associate's degree in Applied Science with a major in therapeutic recreation from North Central Technical College in 1991. Heather was invited to join the Country Court family in December 1999. Heather gained valuable activities and enrichment experience at two other nursing centers before joining Country Court in 1999. Heather is a National Certification Council for Activity Professionals member and maintains the required continuing education hours to hold the certification. Heather and her husband, Mark, bought a home near Centerburg that they share with their pets. Their proudest accomplishment is their children Megan, Alayna, and Travis, who continue to put smiles on their parents' faces as they transition from teenagers to adults. Megan is a junior at Miami University; Alayna is a soon-to-be freshman at the University of Akron; and Travis is a freshman at Centerburg High School.
